Please take time to read all the details before deciding if this is the XClass motor for you. While the motor has been tested and flown very successfully on a modified APD 120 we strongly recommend the APD 200amp ESC if you choose to run the KO Method X 5025. The motor is big and angry with a power rating well over 13kw depending on your KV choice so folks please take the appropriate precautions when operating the MethodX , always props off đ KO MethodX

We know the KV sounds low folks , this is because of the winding deign , 10 pole design and stator design. You may be accustomed to running super high KV to achieve top speed, but that comes at the cost of heat and inefficiency, as most of the rated KV is never achieved resulting in nothing but heat. The Method X will give you every single one of the stated KV by utilising the massive amounts of torque available and staying cool in the process. Please feel free to message us if you are unsure on what KV to choose for your given application.
